Payment Policy

When a purchase is paid by credit card or paypal, a 3% surcharge is charged to customers to cover the transaction costs charged to us by the service provider Square or Paypal. Square and Paypal are companies specializing in mobile payment and / or electronic payment.

 

We strongly recommend the payment option "Interact e-mail transfer", which is a secure and fast way to pay. Most banks offer this free wire transfer service free of charge.

 

When paying by check, we wait 11 business days before shipping the merchandise to ensure that the check is endossable.

P-Stove et P-Smoker : Pour les résidents du Québec, nous avons opté pour un frais fixe pré-déterminé (incluant les frais de préparation) lorsque le client opte pour Canada Poste.  Autrement, les frais réels de transport sont appliqués à l'acheteur ainsi que 5$ de préparation.
